Nationwide shipping

ALS Bikes ships nationwide across the Philippines.

Shipping rates and oversized items

Standard orders use fixed-rate shipping. Oversized items such as Wheelset, Frame and Whole bike may require separate shipping arrangements and confirmation.

Couriers and COD/COP

ALS Bikes uses LBC and AP Cargo. Cash on Delivery (COD) and Cash on Pickup (COP) remain available where applicable.

Dispatch and expected delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery is expected within 2–7 days, depending on the destination and courier. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a courier guarantee.

Unavailable items

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, the affected item or order will be cancelled and refunded.
